Side dishes, healthier than 'normal'
Here are some healthy side dishes that I've come up with lately to compliment my diet. These are great with barbecue or by themselves as a snack. The "Beet Surprise" goes great with Pulled Pork or even doubles as a 'dessert' The "Broccoli Slaw" is nice if you like broccoli and are trying to avoid cabbage.
