    It turned out pretty good. It was not intended to be a show bird, so looks were not that important. Finished product was very tasty, and moist. I will do this again for sure. It's funny, the second thing that I ever cooked on my large was a tutkey, and I have never cooked one again until my dad's freezer went out and I had to cook this one.
