The other night I was very pressed for time and need to feed the family. We had local sweet corn boiling on the stove and the wife had defrosted five chicken breasts. All I did was dust them with Tsunami Spin and then sprinkled them with Panko. I placed them on the cast iron griddle with very little oil. About twenty minutes later we were eating. The chicken was awesome and took less time than sitting in the Taco Bell Drive-Thru.[p]Enjoy,
