After a particularly long and dreary day at work, I got home late tonight and found a bag of brisket in the freezer. Man, what a way to save a rotten day! I've had my Egg a little over a year and have learned so much from this forum, that fine meal made me think I should take a minute and say thanks to all those who share so much here (and a little extra thanks to the DP folks for the Cowlick Great cooker, great forum and people, and the food! ) Now I'm all psyched for cookin' on the weekend...
