OCT . . . Jerk Ribs . . .
<p />OCT:[p]Had not had any ribs for a week so I thought I would try some "Jerk" ribs. All I could find late Saturday night that looked any good was Anntony’s Jerk Sauce. Mopped the ribs with a bottle and a half for 18 hours. Ribs were cooked in our normal manner. The ribs were good, but need to be marinated longer or a stronger "Jerk" marinate.
