Triple decker!

<p />My first time with 3 cooking levels! Actually there's a 4th level holding the drip pan. Did halfcocked Tsunami Spin, and Dizzy Rub on 2 chickens and and garlic and salt on the other. I did 2 flank steaks one with garlic and salt the other with Cowlick Rub. The smell was to great! Got to try the end of the Cowlick piece and it was delicious!
Wife gave 2 away to my sister across the road and I have to wait 'till dinner to eat the chicken.[p]My wife thinks I'm quite the cook all of a sudden. [p]Aloha![p]Greg Kemp

The rubs he is using are from Dizzy Pig. They have a web site at http://www.dizzypigbbq.com. I bought a sampler pack with a little bit of each of their rubs in it so I could try each one. I have enjoyed trying them to see what I like.
