Thanks to all. Read the foroum before I bought, and am glad I bit the bullet. I have cooked several items I could never get right on gas or Weber including stuffed pork chops and so far everything has turned out excellent. I never would have imagined a grill could make such a difference. I am a convert.[p]Off to the curb you nastie Weber and your little gas fired friend too.
