Who gets the credit for the onion burgers? Eeh ghads. I did them tonight and I thought I went to BGE heaven. So simple, yet so beautiful and full of flavor that I've never had with "just burgers" on the egg.[p]Someone needs to step forward (Tinman) and take due credit and post it in the offical recipes section of this web site. This recipe painfully reminds me of the one and only trip I've taken to northern Italy where the food was extremely simple yet extraordinarily tasteful. Everything I ate I thought was so simple to remember that I didn't write anything down. It must have been right after I got home from that trip when I started to have those senior moments because I can't rememer one damn recipe I had there!!!@#$!!!
