    BILLY,
I've done a mess of these at 350 to 400 for 40 minutes or so. I usually add some sauce for the last 15 minutes.

    BILLY,
Last weekend, I purchased ten leg quarters in two seperate packs at my local Publix. These quarters were huge and the price was a still. I actually put all ten quarters on my large Egg. It was a full rack and I had to turn them once to get all parts cooked. Direct, 350. They turned out great. Next time I will make an extended rack. But it was fun anyway. [p]Jerry
