Amazing Temperature Stability

My butt's been on the egg for 11.5 hours. With the exception of the first hour of temperature adjustment difficulty, the dome temperature has been amazingly stable. Temp has been rock steady at 225.
The meat's internal temp is 159. Still have a ways to go, but keeping an eye on things should be easier from here on out...I did want to have a pulled pork sandwich for breakfast though! :-)
