Paul,
Between 5 and 6 hours, low-n-slow, to cook the brisket from spares.

Paul,
Woo Doggies usually cooks up the rib tip trimmings for the team and friends to munch on. They take nearly as long as the ribs. I'm with Stringer, 5-6 hours and you'll have some fine eatin'.
    Have fun!
    Chris

Hey Bud,[p]Yep, 5 to 6 hours indirect on a raised grid at around 250 - 270 dome temp.[p]This photo was taken right after they were sauced. They were pulled maybe 30 minutes later after the sauce firmed up.
Here at the ranch we love rib tips as much as spares. [p]Gorgeous day today in NE MD with the cicadas a mockingbirds singing..... burgers on the grill tonight![p]John [p]
