It’s almost Halloween and if you’re cooking on your EGG, you may end up with more people knocking on your door asking for pork chops than candy! In case you’re willing to share and want to please a crowd, we recommend warm Margherita Pizza, FGL’s Lemon Pepper Wings or our favorite, S’mores in a Cone!

<p />Bob... my favorite is Gretl's 'Salmon with Dijon Bourbon Glaze' - I've done it twice and it was perfect both times. [p]RRP (he lives around the corner) just sent me his version or variation of Gretl's recipe which I plan to add to my recipe section tomorrow - if you ask nice, maybe he'll send it to you![p]

Mary posted a very nice marinade (link below). She uses it with an alder plank, but I have used her recipe, with some brown sugar and butter added. I marinate it at room temp for an hour or 2. I like salmon filets grilled at 400-450 for about 6 minutes a side. Though a lot of folks prefer them cooked slower over heavy smoke. It is a very versatile fish. The only mistake you can make is overcooking it. [p]Bourbon makes a nice addition.[p]You should get a lot of great ideas here.[p]NB
