First Butt

I'm 1.5 hours into my first butt - that may sound bad but it really ain't! Question - does anybody have a good recipe for a vinegar sauce to season the pork once I pull it? Figure they will be done around noon tomorrow. Thanks!

1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
1/4 cup Dale's Sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste[p]Warm the concoction to infuse the pepper into the solution. If you lose the pepper, you can use this as a fantastic spritz in a spray bottle on anything you put in the egg.

Badger, [p]I would advise 1/4 cup of cider vinegar with a generous portion of your rub. If you are using BBQ sauce, add 1/2 cup to the above for incredible results. [p]Cheers! [p]BBQDoug

It's actually called Dale's Steak Seasoning. You'll find it on the same shelf as worcestershire and other brown sauces.
