Hi everybody, It's been a perfect week with my new egg (med),thanks for the welcome and the great ideas. Everything I touched, I mean the egg touched turned to gold.....Anyone tried smoked cheese yet..I've used the old Weber, the water smoker and Brinkman to put a smoky taste to a chunk of spice en-crusted cheddar....very, very good spread on a warm tortilla..everyone have a great week-end..Charla

    Charla, someone just recently smoked cheese by dangling it in a net from the top vent..I think!! Not sure...!! They will be back to pick this one up..Just hang loose.
