Robbie from Canada,
Welcome to the club. You won't be disappointed in your new purchase. This is a great forum for information. Just ask away. Someone will know the answer.
Cheers, Bob

Robbie from Canada,[p]Just try some straight ahead grilling for a bit until you get a feel for the temp control. It's quite a bit different than it is in a metal cooker.[p]Try one of your favorites from your weber daze, if it's something that truly benefits from a good cooker (most anything not processed such as sausage), you'll taste the difference immediately.[p]If you wan't a specific suggestion, I'd say go for a whole chicken, smoke roasted, rubbed not brined.[p]You can butterfly it (quicker cooking) or leave it whole, either way it will be great.[p]
