those onion burgers

i made them up last night with witchy red, onion slice, butter, and a little balsamic. really great burgers. tonight im going to drop the temps down to about 250 and slow smoke them with no flipping. try and keep all those onion butter and balsamic juices from spilling out.last nights cook was at 350 and they were really good, but it broke my heart to see all that butter pour out when i flipped them
