Food Saver Question

When you use your foodsaver to package and then freeze pulled pork, do you chill or partially freeze the pork first or do you package the fresh pork?[p]When I went to vacuum seal some fresh pulled pork, I started pulling "juices" out of the bag. It wasn't a big deal, but I would like to know the best technique. [p]Thanks,

Truck511,[p]I have same expierence. I think cooling in the fridge would be a great idea to prevent the leakage. I'll do that next time.[p]BTG

Truck511,[p]I think in the instructions or video they say not to get any moisture in the foodsaver. Partially freezing is a good option and I sometimes run a papertowel along the length of the bag to stop any juices from going any further[p]Howard

Truck511,[p]I will usually put it in a ziplock and put it in the fridge overnight, then seal it.[p]HTH
