Well, we are going to be a bit exotic tonight. Soft Shell crabs are going in the BGE.[p]I saw these crabs killed and cleaned before my eyes today around 1:30 p.m. They should be within our bellies by 9:30 p.m. tonight.[p]Any ideas besides a little bit of spicy rub sprinkled on top and some butter as a sauce afterwards?[p]I am figuring on doin them at about 400*.[p]Fritz
