bacon onion burgers

tried a recipe for burgers I saw posted here with the onions stuck in one side and another post with burgers and bacon wrapped around the edge so I tried both on one! DEEElicious![p]Had my brother in law and sister over and they loved it. Took only one chunk of wood for flavor.[p]Found that desired crispyness of bacon doesn't always match the doneness of burger. I guess thickness and heat will have to be adjusted. [p]I'll take pictures next time...[p]Aloha![p]Greg Kemp
