BBQ Drumsticks! Oh My!

Just did BBQ yard-bird drumsticks you need to try! For giggles, I applied DP Tsunami Spin to one side of a bunch of drumsticks, then applied Dizzy Dust to the other side!(then let them sit in the fridge for 4 hours) Coated with EVOO and cooked direct on a raised grid at 450 degrees (beautiful crispy golden skin!) Last five minutes, painted on our favorite bbq sauce, then let them sit in a covered bowl smothered in the same heated sauce. They were the best I've ever made. The Egg came through and the raised grid kept the temp just right. Once again, I'm amazed by my BGE!
