It's fun to sit back and watch the forum kind of perk up in excitement with the approaching of the 4th.
Like a kid waiting for Christmas eve the anticipation to fire the egg up for the big celebration. With the tongs and spatulas all hung with care......Hour after hour smoking that meat without taking a peak with that trust of another perfect surprise.
