Chicken Wings

Chicken wings have always been one of my go-to's on the gas grill. First time doing wings on the Egg last night. Dryed them on a rack in the refrigerator overnight. Got the Egg up and going, 400* indirect. Pulled the wings out and seasoned with some Butt Rub. Corn starch on half of them (never done this before so wanted to experiment). Did 30-20-10 method. Sauced a few of them with some Ferrell's Vinegar I had left over and the rest with Jim's Own Mustard. They turned out great! 

*Note for next time; I'll be doing all of the wings in the corn starch. Made the wings a lot more crispy!
