I'm sure that'd be a big hit at a Steam Punk convention.

$4500 in Tuscaloosa AL. Wonder what the Shirley mafia on BBQ Brethren would have to say about this.

I would be worried about a dog wrapping a leash around the legs and tripping it.  Devastating.

Any chance his new apartment is proximate to Warren’s Corner?

That's a legit question - but no.  He and his friends are showing good judgement and getting a place within walking distance of campus.

Although he could probably charge enough in rent during brisket camp to pay for a good part of the year.

I must say the force is strong in whoever built that AT-AT smoker/grill.  Puts my Darth Maul drum smoker to shame:

The thought had crossed my mind but I’d be obsessed with trying to keep it clean. Figured Darth Maul would look fine dirty. Been 6 years since I built my UDS (and that pic) and it is looking pretty ugly now and showing signs of rust. Been thinking about selling it cheap or just giving it away as I use it like once a year.
