It's a beautiful day here in South Jersey. I'm smoking ox tails today on my Assassin, but brunch is called for to go with the bourbon that is tasting great. Rubbed with Oakridge Carne Crosta:

Dang @SmokingPiney - brown water now (even with that protein). Not sure how deep into Friday you want to see but you are definitely fueling up early for an escape velocity ride. Enjoy the banquet and beverages.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Lou, my Friday won't be deep at all. My wife is visiting friends all day, the weather is beautiful, and work sucked this week. Time for some accelerated down time.

Ox tails are out of the smoke after 3 hours. 2 more hours left covered tightly with a shallow bath of rich beef broth.
