Bone in pork chop and first crack at sushi

I love these bone in pork chops! They are tender and delicious, just like a AAA grade beef steak! I also made my first attempt at sushi, it turned out quite good. Anybody have any suggestions for sushi I would be pleased to hear about it?

I'm no sushi master myself as my wife does all the rolling but she puts the bamboo roller inside a gallon ziploc bag when rolling. Excellent presentation....btw, try a couple drops of sesame oil in your soy/wasabi dip, makeas a huge difference.
I still roll with a mat. Bazooka is for the easy way and works well, just does not seem right....Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
