Chicken Parmesan sandwiches
Options
After trying Burger King's chicken parmesan while on the road a few weeks ago I figured I could cook better sandwiches on the Blackstone. Here's my attempt. I kinda thought the chicken would shrink more than it did, but whatever, they tasted good.

Hmmm - grilled cutlet looks great. From there, though it's gotta simmer in sauce at about 1/2 depth, for 30 minutes or so. Cheese it in final 10 minutes. Just my thoughts.Maryland, 1 LBGE
