Horseradish Aioli Sauce over Yukon Gold Cubes/Tri-Tip....a Tasty Touch.

This afternoon the wife and I got to do a little afternoon Egging here on a nice day.  New sauce we tried was a Horseradish Aioli drizzled over cubed potatos used for the great tasting Tri-Tip.
