I was thinking of cooking dry aged rib eye steaks tonight sous vide. Before I do, I was curious if anyone has any experiences with cooking a dry aged steak sous vide? Any insight, as always, is much appreciated. Thanks

Cook it just like you would any other sous vide ribeye. Being dry aged should change nothing in the SV process.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
