Boston Butt with Smoked Upside Down Cake

I marinated the Butt in root beer overnight, then rubbed it down and put on the Egg this morning. After smoking 12 hours and resting for one, I pulled and made sandwiches. 
The highlight, and pics don't do it justice, was the Smoked Blackberry Upside Down Cake. I prepared in a 10" skillet (sorry no pics) and cooked at 350. After cooling some, I dumped on the only big plate I could find. Yes, that's a Christmas plate! Everything turned out great!
