Pork Loin Chops for Lunch and Dinner

Options
We picked up some decent looking pork loin chops and froze them for a day like today - hot and muggy, just like yesterday and tomorrow. 

But here's what they looked like during the prep stage using some of Kelley and Bruce's It's My Rub. 

 

And here they are on Mini-Maxine in the porch fireplace at Temporary House. 

 

Perfectly cooked to 133° on the Grill Grates. 

We had one by itself for lunch. Outstanding flavor from the seasoning. Thanks Kelley and Bruce. 

The others are being made into fajitas as we speak. 

I may share a photo of that too Later. I know it will be good because I can smell it.
