Don't get it twisted.  I don't mean it that way!


It's just that we've found that having a Blackstone doesn't detract from our use of the Egg very much at all.
Most often, they're used in tandem.

In example:
Chicken Thighs - marinated overnight, smoked over cherry chunks . . .


Sliced Chayote with Lemon Pepper on the flat top.


For the Philly Cheesesteak, Poblano and Bell Pepper, Onion . . .


And then . . .


Those Chicken Thighs, finished with a bit of a sear . . .


And the sammich.

A slow, easy, relaxed cook.

Anyway, that's what the Second Day of the Work Week
is like for retired folk.
