Two Little Birds...BAM!

First time Cornish hens with sweet potatoes.  Some kinda rub out of a tin The Gaber smuggled north from Buffalo.  350 indirect to 165 breasts, 180 drums.  Thanks to @Mickey for direction to place high in the dome for crispy skin.  Approx 50 mins.  Thought I'd never use the multi-tiered rack again.  Thanks to this forum as I research each cook for ideas.  Definitely a do again!  Thanks for looking.
