SRF Tomahawk and Cold Water Tails Celebration
My BIL is 1 year cancer free! He and my sister came down for the weekend. One of our treats for dinner was a Waygu ribeye and lobsta tails. I reverse seared with some white oak. About an hour on the L at 250. Seared on the MM. My BIL, who raises CAB in NC said it was the best steak he'd ever had. Had a great weekend with them. Happy Memorial Day.
