A Little Late but Had to Get on the Meatloaf Bandwagon

Options
A few days or maybe a week or so ago, I saw some meatloaf posts and pictures.  It made me need to do a meatloaf.  The weather forecast was wrong (again), so I had time to do one for lunch before some thunderstorms.  My meatloaf recipe is much like everyone else's where it is by look and feel with nothing measured.  I did add crushed up goldfish crackers to this one since we had some.  First time trying them in a meatloaf.  I thought they added a nice touch.  The only other thing I really think adds a lot to the flavor of my meatloaves is this BBQ sauce (they make some good beer, too).  Other than that, 285 grid for about 1.5 hours and mesquite chunks.  BGE meatloaf is next level stuff.  Thanks for looking.
