I had a couple of yard birds in the freezer so I decided to try a L&S (which I've never done with Chicken).  Stuffed them with onion, garlic and fresh rosemary from the garden.  Simple rub of salt, garlic, butter and rosemary.   250 indirect until done, whenever that may be.

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Going to make chilli tomorrow or Sunday, thinking of using the left over chicken and the stuffed onion and garlic.  What say you?

I say do it! Never had chicken chili bet it would be good with those flavors you got going though :-)
