Jerk Wings on the Mini and Beef Ribs

Found a new to me BBQ sauce that I wanted to give a try. Excellent stuff. The wings got a dusting of baking powder and roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Smoked with applewood on the Mini until crispy, then sauced during the last few minutes. Best wings I've had since @northGAcock's storebought wings at @Jeremiah's Wing Ding. ;)










Then last night, I had a hankering for some beef ribs. Those I smoked on the Large.  ;)










I've been in a slump lately and haven't been using the eggs much, but hopefully that'll change.  More wings and other stuff planned this week. Hope everyone had a nice weekend.
