Pork Tenderloin Ramen

Options
Step 1- marinate pork tenderloin overnight, i used a store bought Korean bbq sauce
Step 2- grill pork till135 internal temp
Step 3 - rest pork at least 15 min before slicing
Step 4- in a large pot combine chicken stock, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, sesame oil, & soy sauce. Simmer 30 minutes-I do not use exact measurements. 
Step 5- add fresh noodles. I prefer stirfry noodles over ramen noodles, they are not fried of contain msg
Step 6- add sliced pork and spinach
Step 7- place noodles in bowl and top
with broth.
