First meatloaf

I smoked my first meatloaf tonight after getting some fresh ground beef from a friend at Southern Meadows Farms in Advance, NC. 

Made loaf with half-and-half soaked white bread, onions and green peppers along with 2# ground beef. 

Thought it was tasted great but was probably a little too "soupy" when I put it on the grill. Didn't hold the shape that great which I think was a product of too much half and half.
