1st time wings

Options
Smoked for 45 min on the large at 325-350.

Put on the mini at 450 for 4 min per side.

Amazing. Perfect smoke, perfect spice, perfect crisp.

    Ive done wings a million times and not once has it crossed my mind to use both eggs like this. I will be giving this a try next time.

    This ^^^^^^ I especially like. I do the same thing myself. A 2 part cook if you will. Sometimes I do substitute the deep fryer for the mini though. Just depends on my taste that day. 
    On a side note, great looking grub and great use of the mighty mini. For an all around great job and for use of the mighty mini, allow me:
