Smoked-fried Korean BBQ wings

Marinated in the recipe linked below then smoked these chicken arms an hour and a half or so @225 is with pecan and cherry



It hit around 150 then into the oil @375 till nice and brown. 



Served with some homemade chips that I fried up before the birds. 

Wife's out of town so me and the boys eat what we want. 

Finally, into the sauce (I was already in the sauce) from the same link.
