Saturday dinner included SRF prime ribeye for me and tenderloin for my wife, both cooked to a perfect med rare on the egg. Also cooked a few Key West pink shrimp on the egg. Too busy eating to show any of the sides, but the mac and cheese and salads were very good, too. Tonight, we had wedge salads with beefsteak tomato, bacon, blue cheese, and drizzled with a good balsamic vinegar. The main course was cold stone crab with a honey mustard horseradish sauce. The side dish was Bombay Sapphire dirty martinis with blue chees olives. No egg, but tasty nonetheless. Someday, I'll figure out the picture thing. Note the fine chinette on the stoners.

Proteins look awesome, the salad plate looks awesome too!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Where did you get/order the stone crab? I always confused on size price shipping costs etc when I think about ordering.Large

S_C_E, I live on the west coast of Florida, so there are lots of local places to buy them. I also know a guy who is a crabber and sells them out of his house. These came from a bait and tackle place on the water where I usually gas up the boat and buy bait and ice. They are always very fresh there, but they don't always have them. You might want to check with Fishbusters on Madeira Beach, FL. I believe they will ship them to you.Large BGE and MiniMax in St. Petersburg, FL
