Very thankful to @JustineCaseyFeldown for the push I need to finally trying a dry aged rib roast. Here's a few photos of my attempt. I let mine age for about 30 days. I planned on a cooking a four rib roast but only a few family members were around so I cooked half and saved the rest. For those on the fence...give it a try!Day 1Day 14Day 21Day 30
