A combination of Mad Max and Grandpa Larry. Just pulling now to rest and then onto the gravy. If it tastes 1/2 as good as it looks, I'll be in business. Enjoy and will post tasting results later.

No carving pics but it was really good. 325 for about 3.5 hours. 14.5 # bird from Fossil Farms. Since it was fresh I did brine it and the breast meat was moist and flavorful...perfect really. Turkey soup starts tomorrow.
