We start our story...
Nothing fancy. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)
On indirect. I pulled them at 120.
I rested them while I pulled the platesetter and put the Grill Grates in the game. 45 seconds, turned the steak 90 degrees and did another 45 seconds. Flip, rinse and repeat. Sorry no photo of that. Here's the happy ending.
