Prime Ribye Dinner

These steaks came from the emergency reserve when @DoubleEgger and I dry rotted prime ribeye for 100 days. Can you tell we were over confident? 100 day went great. Back up ribeye made for a nice meal. Happy holidays!

Boy you stole my thunder for what I was going to post tonight! I pulled out a nice big frozen rib eye steak that my wife and I will share tomorrow night. It is from a sub primal that I had dry aged for 62 days. Guess that pales to your 100 day steaks but so be it!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

Ron, you should post it up brother! This sub primal steak was not aged, it was our emergency back up in case the 100 day deliciousness we did might have failed. Looks awesome Brent, I did a 5.5 lb. bone in yesterday for dinner had the neighbors over for dinner and I thought it was great. No pictures and it was the 2nd one I have ever done but it will be more frequent from now on.
