    Merry Christmas! I am not sure if I will do anything this weekend, our Hannukah dinner is next week on the 30th, I will do a brisket for that but in the oven since I have to work that day.

    If I get a chance I may do Flank Steak pinwheels. Those are an easy cook and go quick.

    I have a 9lb pork butt in the freezer that I will be doing a couple of days after Christmas. Bought a Honey Baked Ham for Christmas as that is what the wife and kids wanted.

    Merry Christmas MCN. Won't be Christmas but doing about 18 pounds of prime rib for the Mother in Laws birthday a few days after.

    Merry Christmas, Eggheads!  Thanks for all the tips over the past couple years.  I'm doing my first Chateaubriand on the egg this afternoon.  Pales in comparison to many of the holiday cooks going on, but it's always fun to try something new on the egg and I always appreciate the advice offered.

    In return, I found this decorated breast I thought you would enjoy;
