PSA for South Texans re: Creekstone Farms Prime Brisket for $4.99/lb at Bolner's

Options
It's what Aaron Franklin cooks. I've been told by a restaurant owner that many weeks he buys all of their prime briskets so the guy I know contracted with them to get their choice versions for his business. When they have some primes left over after Franklin gets his they sell them to others.

I just got a 16 pounder.

I'm just sayin'.
