"Pizza tonight"

 My wife loved this pizza, 12oz pizza skin/dough punched, rolled, tossed and spun then topped with  ricotta, mozzarella, Provalone,  parmesan and  spinach and broccoli

Ha! On the tossed and spun I toss from hand to hand to knock off the excess flour and spin to TRY and make a circle, this was a really good pizza, ok flat bread.

Great looking pizza.  What are you cooking it on and where can I buy one?  I keep cracking pizza stones and that looks a little more permanent.

It's called a Pizza Q and it's from Williams & Sonoma, you could do the same with 3 or 4 bricks and a pizza stone. I bake at 475/500 with platesetter legs up grate and pizza q which gets me 2 inches above the felt which seems to work best for baking the top and bottom at the same time.
