Found this bad boy on special at Kroger. Salted and resting. A reverse sear is coming.
Way at to go Ohio! Great win for the Buckeyes.

Ran ran it indirect at 300 to 105, then direct at 550 to 125. Took about an hour total. Tasted best sliced thin like a roast beef. Didn't turn out like a ribeye like I had hoped but good anyhow. Grilled potato chips and salad as a side and splurged on a bottle of The Prisoner red.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

I dig it! Never have seen grilled chips? Is this a thing?
-
Grilled chips may not be a thing, but I like them. Slight grilled smoky taste. They grill fast. You need to keep lid open and constantly flip them. I recommend a stronger chip like the ridges or kettle cooked kind. Would like to try BBQ flavor as a side for a pulled pork cook.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
