Did a beef shoulder for the Buckeye game. 4lb shoulder roast, rubbed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Smoked for 3 hours and finished in the crock pot with a diced red onion and covered in a sauce of Rolling Rock, Ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper. Pulled and put on a Martins potato roll with slaw. Sorry, no pic of the finished product on the bun.
